Residentia Group Pty Ltd, suppliers of InAlto appliances has amended its warranty statements to comply with new Australian Consumer Law requirements.
The warranty statements are located below on the relevant brand websites and have been distributed with InAlto appliances from 2014. The new warranty statements took effect from June 1, 2018 and cover all products bought from this period onwards.If a product is not registered within 90 days of purchase, the manufacturer’s warranty will be two years from the date of purchase.
Please note: If your product was purchased before June 1 2018, the warranty is as per the period specified in the user manual included with your product.

Residentia Group fully assures all customers that our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You are also entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The benefits under Residentia Group's warranty are in addition to other rights you have at law.
